Sessions are scheduled Tuesdays - Saturdays during daylight hours, at your home or an agreed upon location. Mary strives to capture those natural expressions that will become priceless memories in the future. She finds children to be more relaxed in their own homes and outdoors than in a studio. 

A typical session lasts 1-2 hours, so please plan accordingly. Snack breaks and clothing changes are welcome during the session. If you need help with clothing choices, Mary can go through your closets and assist with this. Accessories and colors are always welcome and can create unique images - so don't be afraid to utilize these!

While it is helpful to have open spaces (especially for family sessions), it is not necessary for Mary to capture wonderful images. The images taken inside the home are typically close-up shots and the background is not an issue. Mary looks for the natural light coming into your home so depending on that light, she may utilize different areas, including the master bedroom.  A "spotless" home is not necessary, however, it is nice to have areas picked up a bit so Mary has room to work.
